Here is a sample of the extensive dataset: Job involvement, Education, Job satisfaction, performance rating, Relationship satisfaction, and work-life balance.
Our analysis will culminate in data-driven recommendations for HR Policies and strategies. These insights will empower organizations to make informed decisions, enhance employee retention and maximize performance, ultimately leading to a more productive and satisfied workforce.
